Today Tawnda is at the Hospital just found out that Sandy is being transferred to a new location for her rehabilitation:
Rancho Los Amigos Rehabilitation Center in Downey

She is in the Jacquelin Perry Institute (JPI) between Everest and Erickson streets.
This is the same facility that Johanna's father stayed at for several weeks this year after suffering a major stroke.
ReplyDeleteThe good news is, it is a well-known facility and is close for those of us in Los Angeles and Orange County; we will be able to visit Sandy the next time we head down to Disneyland later this week (as well as additional trips to OC as long as Sandy is at Rancho).
Always better to get OUT of the hospital - Rancho is Sandy's next step toward a fantastic recovery - and a glorious return to Halloween Haunt this October!

ReplyDeleteRancho Los Amigos is a fantastic facility and I'm sure she will get the very best care possible. I will be heading out there tomorrow to visit her and bring her well wishes.
